When you’re a sports
person you really want to make sure that your body and physique is up to shape
and is achieving maximum results. At the end of the day constantly improving
and being the best at your sport is the main aim of the game. But if a less
then favourable outcome does arise (i.e. you don’t come first in that race or
lose in straight sets in a tennis match) you would want to make to focus on
your weaker areas and improve them for next time. However, that’s easier said
than done. It’s sometimes almost impossible to tell whether it was your lack of
fitness in a certain part of your body or maybe a delay in reaction time that caused you to come second. Optimally, you would
